Long time ago I was involved in a team responsible for development of web based application. Several forms, a lot of business logic, huge infrastructure. As a QA guy I was told to develop automated test scripts. I did it with the all possible enthusiasm I had. It was real fun – I did it from scratch. Well done – next project – same task – do it from scratch! And so on and so forth. This is the problem – why we do not reuse the work. In order to do that there should be a concept which makes this task possible!
